• style bundle slots are released 2 times a month through an order form. you may follow us on instagram @nic0scloset for constant updates or dm to be notified once slots reopen.

• to secure a slot, you will have to fill our order form with the following details:

✧ contact information (name, email, phone)

✧ clothing sizes

✧ inspo (pinterest boards, moodboards, or personal style ideas)

• once your form is submitted, please send us a screenshot on instagram (@nic0scloset) and we will send an invoice to confirm.

• payment must be made within 24 hours to secure your slot. curation takes 7-14 days once payment is confirmed, shipping time excluded.

• monthly collections of individual pieces will drop on my instagram.

• claim your faves by commenting with “mine” / "steal + (your price)" under the post, then wait for our “yours” confirmation! once confirmed, i’ll send your invoice.

• payment must be made within 24 hours to secure your claim, else it will be given to the second miner.

• no cancellations, no refunds - please be mindful when claiming ! a 50% cancellation fee applies for backed-out orders. bogus buyers will be posted & blocked.

• orders ship within 1-2 days after payment, excluding shipping time

• local orders : bank transfer / gcash

• international orders : paypal

• cash on delivery is only available via lalamove with an additional ₱50 fee for the rider

• all items are thrifted or pre-loved. please manage your expectations – small imperfections may be present.

• i ensure all items are cleaned / laundered before shipping, but i recommend re-washing for added safety.

• once the package is shipped, it is no longer our responsibility. i will provide tracking details and can assist with delivery issues, but we are not responsible for loss or damages caused by the courier.

• all sales are final – no refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
