1. how do i order a style bundle?

just fill out the [order form]! share your contact info, measurements, and style inspo (like a pinterest board or photos). once you submit the form, i’ll send your invoice and start curating your bundle.

once payment is made, your order is final and can’t be canceled anymore. if you haven’t paid yet, that’s okay, but please be mindful and respectful of everyone’s time!

2. how do i order individual pieces?

i post monthly collections on my instagram (@nic0scloset). to claim an item, comment your bid before the deadline.

i’ll reply to confirm if it’s yours and send an invoice after. you’ll need to pay within 24 hours to secure the item, or it’ll go to the next miner.

bogus buyers will be posted & blocked !

3. what payment methods do you accept?

local: gcash / bank transfer

international: paypal

4. how do i pay for my order?

after your claim is confirmed or your form is submitted, i’ll send you an invoice. payment should be made within 24 hours so i can prepare your order!

5. when will my order ship?

style bundles ship within 7-14 days after payment

individual pieces ship within 1 to 2 days after payment confirmation

(shipping time not included)

6. can i cancel or modify my order?

style bundles can be canceled if you haven’t paid yet — just lmk asap so i can offer it to someone else ! but for individual claims, backing out after reserving means a 50% cancellation fee will apply. ✧ bogus buyers will be posted & blocked — no ghosting, please! ✧

7. what if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

i’ll send you the tracking info once your order ships. i can help if something goes wrong, but i’m not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. i’ll still do my best to help you track it down.

8. are the items brand new?

everything is thrifted or pre-loved! some pieces might have tiny imperfections, but they’re all cleaned and in great condition before shipping. i still recommend re-washing just to be safe.

9. can i return or exchange items?

all sales are final. no returns or exchanges, so please be sure before confirming!

10. will my style bundle look exactly like my inspo?

not exactly, since each piece is thrifted and one of a kind. but i’ll always match the vibe and aesthetic you asked for as best as i can!

11. how can i track my order?

once your order ships, i’ll send a tracking link. if you want, i can also send pics of your items before packing them up!

12. do you do all styles?

yes! soft girl, dark coquette, y2k, indie—whatever you’re into, i got you. just send in your inspo!

13. can you make style bundles for boys?

my style bundles are mainly curated for women, but i’d be happy to create a more masculine look for girls who prefer that aesthetic ♡

if you’re a boy, feel free to order a bundle as a gift for your girlfriend — i promise she’ll love it!

please note i currently don’t offer styling for men.

14. can i order a mixed aesthetic bundle?

yes yes yes. just let me know what styles you want to mix in the form and i’ll create a custom blend just for you.
